Tely announces the end-of-sale and end-of-life dates for the Tely HD products.  Customers are encouraged to migrate to the Tely 200.  (Learn more about the Tely 200 here.)   The tables below provide the details on dates and affected products.


Table 1: End-of-Life Milestones and Dates




End of Software Maintenance Release Date

The last date that Tely may release any software maintenance releases or bug fixes.  After this date, Tely will no longer develop, repair, maintain, or test the product software.

October 26, 2018

End of New Service Attachment Date

The last date to extend or renew a support and service contract for the product.  The extension or renewal period cannot extend beyond the last date of support and Tely Cloud service

October 26, 2019

Last Day of Support and Tely Cloud Service

The last date to receive support and Tely Cloud service for the product.  After this date, all support and services for the product are unavailable and the product becomes obsolete.
